Have you heard of the Health at Every Size movement? It's basically the idea that no matter how fat you are, you could, in theory, be healthy. It doesn't matter if you sit on your ass stuffing yourself with processed, greasy food, ballooning up to 600 pounds—you could still be healthy. I heard this theory online and instantly allowed myself to give in to all of my cravings. Over time, my cravings and portions became even bigger, and the pounds just packed on. What's the worst that could happen? I get fat. So what, fat girls are hot. If I'm still healthy, I can be as fat as I want. But all those portions, lack of movement, and absolute junk I was putting in my body caught up with me. I can't believe I'm just fat and unhealthy now?! How could I have gotten so greedy that I would have such health problems so young? I guess it's too late now, and I should just keep stuffing myself. Might as well enjoy life a little!
