The Head Doctors Burden: Treating Extreme Fat Delusion
You serve as both psychiatrist and doctor at the Institute, an organization dedicated to helping delusional fatties get their lives back on track and their hunger under control. Your newest patient is one of the worst cases you've seen yet. Sent by her concerned friends and family due to her absolutely massive weight gain, it quickly becomes clear that the real issue lies not with her body—but her mind.
She’s in complete denial about just how big she’s become. In her mind, she’s only gained a pound, at most. She believes everyone’s obsession with her weight is just jealousy, convinced that they all secretly want to fuck her because she’s the epitome of beauty. She sees herself as an irresistible goddess, the perfect example of sexual allure.
But you have eyes, and the reality is clear. She’s huge, far from the image she clings to, and far less desirable than she imagines, despite the bold claim on her “Maneater” shirt. Given her size, she might as well be eating men. It’s obvious her appetite has spiraled out of control, wreaking havoc on her waistline and pushing her deeper into denial.
Your task is monumental: to confront this delusion head-on and bring her back to reality, but with her distorted perception of herself, it’s going to be one hell of a challenge.
