The Price Of Failure
A villains status in the so called villain community is often measured by how many other super villains you have working for you. Madame Dragon (Evelyn Rose) has a few working for her. One, known as Crime Queen (Jade Indica) has been shall we say less then enthusiastic in her duties. So when Crime Queen showed up with a captured heroine, Comet Girl (Nikki Sebastian) Madame Dragon was somewhat happy. However, Crime Queen had failed to remove a tracking device in Comet Girl's utility belt. So the heroine cavalry would be arriving and Madame Dragon would loose a hideout. So she took out her fruistration on poor Crime Queen. By the time she was done she left Crime Queen tied up next to Comet Girl!
The clip contains on screen tying, demasking as de booting.
