POV Boxing Queen
The weigh-in is over, and my body is ready. Every muscle is tight, defined, and covered in oil as I warm up with the jump rope and shadowboxing. Once my gloves and mouthguard are on, there's only one thing on my mind: hurting the woman standing across from me. I lock eyes with her, flex, and wait for the bell.
From the first touch of gloves, it's nothing but hard punches, body shots, and combinations. I give as much as I take, and by the later rounds, my shoulders, arms, abs, and legs are shining with sweat and oil. Between rounds, my mouthguard comes out, I spit, get more vaseline on my face, and go right back to work. The last round is brutal, but I push through, break my opponent, and finish the fight on my feet before giving one final flex with my gloves still on.
