Would you believe me if I told you I used to be a college athlete? No? I wouldn't either. But that's the truth. 125lbs and 6 years ago you could actually find videos of me on YouTube playing with my little starter belly in my practice jersey. Fast forward to now and as you can see, I really let myself go. I almost couldn't believe it when my old team captain messaged me, requesting my presence at this year's annual alumni game. I vehemently told her no, not only because I gained a tremendous amount of weight since she last saw me and most of the other girls managed to stay 110lbs and perky, but also because I really didn't want to workout. But she wouldn't take no for an answer. I was even more stocked to find a package on my doorstep containing a single pair of white, softball pants in my old size. So it's time to face the facts and get a good look at just how fat I let myself get over the years.
