Veronica does leg lifts and other flexing
Now Veronica is doing some dips on the leg lift apparatus, her abs standing out like squares of concrete, her ropey triceps hard as steel cables, and her deltoids yelling at you to notice them, too! Then she does leg lifts and her abs respond by getting very, very hard. Holding her legs out straight in a strength move make her triceps insanely hard.
