Maria falls for Carmen's con of giving her a cherry-flavored drink she claims will make her feel better. Even just a taste would make her feel better, and if she drank the whole thing her sickness would disappear completely and she would be overjoyed. She was deceived into consuming the potion because she was too preoccupied with finding a quick fix for her pain, and now she has miraculously reverted to the mental state a fresh little one. As Carmen's master plan unfolds, she'll take advantage of having a huge, bouncy, lovely little mentally regressed one in Maria to indulge in her weird diaper fetish.

Carmen has an easier time stripping Maria down to her butt now that Maria's mental faculties have regressed along with her mind. Now, Maria appears to be in need of some adult diapers. Luckily, "StepMommy Carmen" is here to save the day by giving her a thorough butt scrubbing and wiping so she's ready for a diaper change in no time.

As is to be expected from regressed ones, Maria is arguing with Carmen as she attempts to change her into a clean diaper. With a binky in her mouth, Maria appears to have mastered the art of being a cute joyous little mentally regressed one, allowing herself to be easily duped into donning a pink onesie and adorable pink socks.

Maria appears to be settling into her mentally-regressed state, with her penchant for playing with cute toys, nibbling on her binky, and pooting on her diaper without the slightest concern for making a mess. Meanwhile, Carmen is one happy instant stepmom, as her diaper fetish is finally coming to fruition.
