Starring Akira Shell

After enrolling yourself in an adult daycare, you tried to change your own diaper, but it's already full and about to leak, so you call for your hot caregiver Akira to come change your very full, stinky diaper. Carefully, she slips on some gloves and a face mask, gagging and tearing up as she untapes the heavy, stinky mess while she scolds you about your diet. Lifting your legs and hips, she wipes your butt up, rolls away your old filthy diaper, and sweet-talks you through the whole diaper-changing process while dusting you with powder before taping you up in a fresh, cozy new diaper!
