Baseball Bat vs Steel Core
Once again, my abs are put to the test.
It starts with punches — repeated hits straight to my core while I stay flexed, steady, completely in control.
But eventually, her fists give out before my abs ever do.
Her knuckles ache… and I’m still standing there, unfazed.
So I challenge her to go harder.
I hand her a baseball bat.
Swing after swing, the impacts grow stronger, louder, more intense — but my core doesn’t break, doesn’t weaken, doesn’t fold.
Every hit only proves one thing:
my abs are stronger than anything she throws at them.
This is power.
This is endurance.
This is control under pressure.
