Tickle Therapy - Angel
The therapeutic potential of the Fettishlabs Tickle Therapy Device (FTTD) as a modality for acute stress decompression. A single, returning specimen, designated "Angel," underwent a controlled session of complete immobilization followed by targeted, high-intensity plantar hyperstimulation. Pre- and post-treatment stress markers, including vocal cortisol levels and neuromuscular spasms, were measured. The objective was to determine if the controlled application of an inescapable, laughter-inducing stimulus to the fully exposed and vulnerable soles and toes of a restrained specimen results in a quantifiable reduction in sympathetic nervous system activity, thereby establishing a clinical service for daily stress management.
