Video Description
Seeking relief from workplace pressure, office worker Yingying returns for her second private conditioning module. Waiting inside a quiet bookstore, she reviews her detailed electronic training schedule while wearing crotchless yoga pants and a specialized electro-vibrating silicone chest pad concealed beneath her sportswear. Activating the vibrating chest pads in public and riding a stationary exercise bike in the gym lounge, she warms up her muscles before entering the private training room.
The primary workout centers on rigorous pelvic floor muscle engagement using a 13cm 45-degree metal vaginal hook linked to counterweights. Deprived of sight and hearing with a face mask and earplugs, her mouth secured with a foam ball gag under an oxygen-limiting mask, her upper body bound in a single-arm restraint sleeve, and her thighs separated by a spreader bar, she relies entirely on core strength. Guided by electro-pulses from her chest pads, she completes 45 weighted squats across 3 sets, followed by an intense recovery phase using a massage vibrator attached directly to the metal hook framework.
Detailed Line:
• Public Preparation & Gym Lounge Warm-Up: Yingying sits in a bookstore reviewing her training schedule, secretly wearing open-crotch leggings and activating her vibrating silicone chest pads. Arriving at the gym, she rides a stationary exercise bike in the public lounge to complete her initial physical warm-up.
• Training Room Entry & Self-Insertion: Moving into the private workout room, Yingying follows instructor guidance to insert the 13cm stainless steel 45-degree vaginal hook and attach the primary linkage system.
• Phase 1 (Restraint Fitting & Warm-Up Movement): Full sensory and physical restraints are applied: a foam ball gag under an oxygen mask, vision and hearing covers, a single-arm sleeve, and a thigh spreader bar. She performs initial mobility movements to adapt her pelvic floor muscles to the internal metal hook.
• Phase 2 (Electro-Paced Weighted Squat Reps): The electro-chest pad triggers action cues. Subjected to continuous electrical signals during each rep, Yingying performs 3 sets of 15 weighted squats (45 total reps), using her pelvic floor muscles to hold the weighted vaginal hook framework in place.
• Phase 3 (Vibrating Massage vibrator Recovery): Following the squat reps, a deep-tissue massage vibrator is attached directly to the metal hook, sending deep vibrational waves into her pelvic region alongside maximum chest pad vibration to complete her muscle recovery session.
