Description

Here, I take you through the empty lung challenge — topless, lying on my back with the camera framing my ribs, chest, and belly in crystal detail.

The session begins with a long exhale — I blow out every single breath of air until my chest caves in and my belly relaxes, soft and flat. Then I hold. My lungs are hollow, my ribs drawn tight, and the pressure quickly builds.

For up to 5 full minutes, I deny myself the air my body craves. The only allowance? A few tiny, sharp gasps if absolutely necessary. And halfway through, I take one short break of five quick breaths, just enough to reset, before plunging straight back into the emptiness.

The camera captures it all: the hollow rise of my ribs, the twitching of my belly, the faint sounds of my chest creaking, and the involuntary contractions of my stomach as it tries to make me to breathe. You can hear the fight in every shaky exhale and tiny gasp.

This clip is about control, denial, and watching a girl fight through the growing ache of her own body. My voice trembles, my belly pulses, and yet I push further than I thought possible. At the end, I tell you exactly how it felt — what it’s like to be completely empty, to crave oxygen, to stretch my limits.

It’s a raw, unscripted performance of pure breath play, designed for anyone who loves to watch endurance, struggle, and real body reactions under pressure.
