CIU561 - Helena in high security restraints
Helena is cuffed in high security restraints. A leather prisoner transport belt, connected to her leg irons. Her wrists are stacked in handcuffs with a blue box for extra security. She has to keep her hands in this awkward position, as her wrists are also locked to the belt. Usually this would be the way to restrain prisoners for transport, but Helena is INSIDE a prison cell! What is going on? Why the added security? She doesn’t seem that dangerous!
