CIU226 - NYPD hogcuffing
Hey, we are not sure police officers are allowed to do this! US police girl Nicole uses her baton to threaten her prisoner Tracey, her on her knees, cuffing her behind her back, and finally into a hogcuffed position! She even pulls the poor prison girls hair (while laughing) and then simply walks away. Surely this is a case of police brutality?
