Carissa and her strength and flexibility routine
As a fetish, bondage, and underwater model, I have a workout routine that includes weights and strength training. In this video, I show you some of my upper body and core workout that I complete on a regular basis to work on keeping myself in shape. I am wearing a cute one-piece bathing suit that I purchased while in Detroit. You'll also be able to see some of the marks I obtained while there when I turn around and the back of my legs are on display. But despite the pain, a girl has to keep at it, right?! I work my shoulders and biceps with 15lb weights doing raises and curls. Then i move on to my abs and then spread my legs and do scissors, giving you a little view between my legs. Oh my! I end with a hogtie pose--a skill that is central to a bondage model's repetoire and a must for this girl to confirm flexibility. Let's get warmed up together!
