I’m Dr. Dula, and today I have a new patient with problems in his right testicle. My colleague Gea is assisting me with this special exam, which promises to be quite intense.
I ask the patient to undress and lie down on the exam table so I can better assess the situation. My colleague and I notice that he likely also has a circulation problem, so we suggest a new pain test that we’ve just tried out.
I explain to the patient that this treatment involves striking the area to stimulate flow, using slaps, fingernails, and squeezes. We start with firm pressure, then move on to full-blown slaps on the balls. The patient screams but must endure it for his own good.
We continue by digging our fingernails into his flesh, causing intense but necessary pain. Then we try testicular traction, an extreme stretching technique that stretches his testicles to the limit.

Chiedo al paziente di spogliarsi e mettersi sul lettino per poter valutare meglio la situazione. La mia collega e io notiamo che probabilmente ha anche un problema di circolazione, quindi proponiamo un nuovo test del dolore che abbiamo appena sperimentato.
Spiego al paziente che questo trattamento prevede di colpire la zona per stimolare il sangue, usando schiaffi, unghie e strizzature. Iniziamo con pressioni decise, poi passiamo a veri e propri schiaffi sulle palle. Il paziente grida ma deve resistere per il suo bene.
Continuiamo con le unghie che affondano nella carne, creando dolore intenso ma necessario. Poi proviamo il tiraggio testicolare, uno stretching estremo che allunga le palle fino al limite.
