Description

Kim is the new nurse, and Dr. Vivi is her new boss. Vivi makes Kim aware that a pre-employment rectal exam was not done before she was hired. Kim is very nervous and shy, but admits she was hoping she didn’t have to. Unfortunately, the rectal exam has to be performed as a condition of employment, so Dr Vivi snaps on some tight white latex exam gloves and has Kim bend over the bed and begins by squatting down and groping/feeling up Kim’s butt cheeks. She lubricates a gloved finger and asks “are you sexually attracted to latex gloves?” Kim denies at first but after being pressured admits she is. “any history of anal sex?”, Kim admits she has had anal sex but tries to downplay it since her boyfriend’s “winkie” is really small. Vivi asks “how big is your boyfriend’s winkie? Can you show me with your fingers?” Kim gestures with her finger to show a very small winkie size. Vivi makes her feel encouraged and supported for her preferences for small winkies, since she also prefers small winkies. She then inserts a gloved finger gently into Kim’s butt and performs the following steps, while her finger is inside: has Kim cough deeply, has Kim squeeze her gloved finger tightly with her anus and hold it while she feels around for several seconds, has Kim take a big deep breath, hold it, and bear down as she holds her breath for 10 seconds.
