Bottle in blanket
Baby J is lying on his blanket in the kitchen, happily playing with his little plushie. While he’s so focused on his toy, I take a quick peek to check his diaper—it’s very wet! But it’s time for his bottle, so I gently remove his pacifier and give him the bottle instead. As he drinks, I give his diaper a few squeezes and playful pats. Once he finishes his bottle, I smile and say, “Come on, sweetie, let’s go change that diaper!” He giggles and starts crawling after me to the bathroom.
