Bottle and check on blanket
Baby J is lying on the floor, playing with his little plushie on his soft blanket in the kitchen. While he’s busy, I take the chance to check his diaper—oh dear, it’s very wet! But it’s time for his bottle, so I gently take out his pacifier and hand him the bottle I’ve prepared. As he drinks, I sit down beside him, giving his swollen diaper a few squeezes and playful pats. Pat, pat! Once he’s finished his bottle, I tell him it’s time for a diaper change. “Come on, sweetheart!” And off we go to the bathroom, with him crawling right behind me.
