As he? is briefed on the incident by his nurse, Ian gets an unexpected visit from one of the lawyers (Little Puck) from his company. She coldly informs Ian that he will not only receive zero compensation, but he will have no choice but to pay for the damages down to the machinery of the company. In a fit of rage, Ian attempts to confront the lawyer.
This strange feeling grows stronger and stronger, releasing a burst of energy that freezes time for everyone around Ian. His accident has given him the power to stop and start time itself. Having learned the true potential of his abilities, Ian decides to give the lawyer the payback she deserves.
