I found a pole that was thin enough to pass the shackles through from the back, so I decisively decided to lock the shackles from the back, and then handcuff my hands behind the pole. However, I thought about it when I put the key, and connected it to the chain between the handcuffs with a timer lock. This way, although my hand can touch the key, there will only be enough space to open and unlock the handcuffs when the countdown is over.
After being handcuffed, the familiar feeling of restraint returned. No matter how hard I struggled, there was very little room for movement. I wanted to try to open the shackles, but found that the distance was just a little short.
