Cold start in heels and driving barefoot
Today after working all day I was exhausted and just wanted to get home as quickly as possible.
I got into the car with my feet hurting and tried to start it, but there was no sign of life. I think it is flooded. It had already struggled a bit to get me to work, but I was hoping it wouldn’t give me trouble on the way back.
My coworkers were watching, and I was getting more and more nervous, begging the car to start.
I decided to take off my heels to see if I could pump better barefoot, maybe that way the car would work. And it did! Suddenly it showed signs of life and I was able to leave, until I stopped at a stop sign and the car stalled again. What a pain!
But it was just a scare. After a while, it came back to life again. Phew! Such a stubborn car.
