I almost got stranded in the field
I was in the countryside of my town, buying some supplies after work. On my way back home, I got scared — the car stopped working. I started to panic and begged the car to start, pleading for it to work. I kept thinking, how am I going to get home if this car doesn’t start? Frustration hit me and I slapped the steering wheel a few times, but I kept trying and pumping the pedals until the car slowly came back to life. It kept stalling and coming back again until it finally worked. I gave it a few revs to hear the engine and then continued my long way home.
