Stuck in the mud in boots and white socks SD
Jeanette was a shy, gentle blonde. A French beret sat on her light hair, a short warm sheepskin jacket hugged her shoulders, and a cozy dress was hidden beneath it. On her feet were ankle-high boots. She looked fragile and out of place against the empty country road and the wide, silent fields. Jeanette stopped at a small gas station by a country road. The fuel turned out to be poor ? after just a few kilometers the engine began to cough and then stalled in the middle of the wilderness. Around her were fields, mud, clay, and heavy silence. Realizing she was alone and stuck, she felt a wave of despair. She turned the key again and again. The starter rasped, but the engine wouldnt catch. Jeanette nervously pressed the gas pedal, hoping the motor would wake up. Nothing. She got out, lifted the hood, and tried to start the car from outside, listening carefully to every sound. The ground under her feet was thick, sticky mud. Her ankle boots were quickly covered in clay, becoming heavy and slippery. Frustrated and helpless, she finally took them off and left them beside the car. In her white socks, Jeanette got back behind the wheel and kept pressing the gas pedal. The socks immediately got wet and turned gray-brown with dirt, but she barely noticed, completely focused on the dying engine. And then a sudden jolt, a cough, and the engine finally came to life. She sighed with deep relief, pressed the accelerator, and the car began to move. The vehicle slowly disappeared down the dirt road, and in the mud, in the middle of the silent wilderness, her abandoned, clay-covered boots were left behind.
