This video features close-ups of a slave's face and nose being trampled by her sweaty feet. She stands barefoot on the slave's face, pressing her full weight down. She uses various trampling techniques to apply intense pressure to the slave's face. She also focuses on crushing the slave's nose. The slave can only endure the pain and inhale the scent of her feet.
