Talk about a fail! People have kept telling that I've put on a lot of weight recently and that I should try to exercise more. I'm at the point now where I can't do much besides running in place and I struggle so hard to do a single push up or sit up! It took me so long to get up off the floor as well. lol I don't think they realize I would very much rather sit back, eat, and be fat while I craft or sew than get myself an exercise routine. lol I mean I really gave my best shot and puffing as I ran, but I'm not sure they will be happy with my results. What do you think?
