Photo trap
A composed, professional woman arrives at the photographer’s studio for a business portfolio shoot. She’s dressed strictly for work: blouse, knee-length skirt, and high heels. He seats her on a tall stool, takes a series of shots, and casually asks where she works, whether she has a partner, and what exactly she needs the photos for. He’s polite, charming, and completely at ease.
Then he suggests something “a little sharper” — not nude photos, but an artistic installation. He produces a coil of rope. She refuses to undress, but eventually agrees to have her hands tied. Skillfully and tightly he binds her wrists behind her back in a box tie and secures them to her torso in a shibari-style harness. A few more shots later and her ankles and thighs above the knees are tightly bound as well. He removes the stool, places her on her knees, and takes off her shoes.
Next comes a black mask over her eyes. She grows nervous and asks why. Instead of answering, he wraps several layers of tape firmly around her mouth. He lays her on her stomach, bends her legs, and tightly ties them to her bound hands behind her back. Now she lies at his feet: barefoot, still in her business clothes, completely immobilized in a strict hogtie, blindfolded and gagged.
He continues shooting — but clearly for a very different portfolio. Right in front of her he makes a phone call, calmly discusses the “qualities” of his new catch, and invites someone to come pick her up. The charming photographer turns out to be a spider, and the studio is his web. The trap has closed...
