After a brief spat in the hallway, Carly goes on the air. Little does she know that Megan has rigged a tank of laughing under her desk. Soon the newscaster is laughing herself silly, unable to keep her composure a she reads the nightly news. After her humiliation, the still laughing Carly runs into Megan, who whisks her away to continue her plan to ruin her competition.
