Description

Here’s a SFW breath hold training video in case you want to train with me in mixed company ;) I had to cut out a part in the middle because my cat jumped on my stomach mid breath hold! That clip can be seen on my instagram though. I start with some empty lung holds to warm up, then go through a series of breath holds, almost getting to three minutes! My stomach is visible so you can see my contractions.
