Stretches, close up sit ups and push up attempt!
I haven't worked out in about 8 months and it's gotten so much harder lately. I seem to get out of breath doing the easiest of things and attempting to work out gets me out of breath even faster! I set a goal for myself and in order to get a delicious treat later at the store, I had to hit that sit up goal..what do you think? Can I do 50 sit ups if I'm going to be rewarded for it later? I attempt doing a push up as well and even though I could before my arms feel like jelly now and I can't even seem to do one without falling down onto my big belly. I also do some stretches for you as well! This clip is all close up so you get the best views of my jiggly flesh, enjoy! <3
