After dark dental treatment
Doctor Canada comes into the dental room and seeing the patient just lying there. He noticed that the assistant has already placed a drip bib on the patient . Dr. Canada then goes behind the patient to check the chart and at the same time tilt the patient to position the head where he sits.
Dr. Canada then pulls up the patient’s chart to take a look and notice that the patient been there for the last six months and says it’s been a year since he is glad that the patient came back. He then calls out the number tooth number 14,16 and 18. he tells the patient that these are the tooth that he needs to check because he had saw some blemishes and was concerned that they may be potential cavities. He checks the x-rays and says to the patient there’s nothing to worry about.
He begins to wipe down any excess debris with a 2 x 2 gauze . And then starts to examine the patient. Dr. Canada inspects each of the patients tooth and as he’s scraping the tooth, he tells the patient it is not a great sound and that he apologizes.
He let a patient know that everything seems fine and he starts working on secretly poking the patient unknowingly, but the patient realizes that it is an unusual pain not the pain that you would get from the sensation of toothache, but the pain from an instrument scraping on purposely on the tooth that he’s examining
The patient gets upset with Dr. Canada because the patient suspects that he is poking or manipulating his instrument in such a way to cause the patient discomfort . The doctor blames it on the fact that the patient is moving too much.
The patient still insist that somehow they are feeling pain from the instrument, but the doctor decides to blow it off and says that they are moving too much and they are causing themselves the pain so he decides to check the chart to see if there plan to see if they are covered for a relaxing medication however, there plan does not cover however he does offer an alternative an office to restrain the patient.
He then tells a patient that they must sign and document to consent to being restrained . He then pushes a button to make the chair, go back in seating position, and chat with the patient about signing the document.
Tells the patient what’s on the document and to let the patient know that that’s what the document says . The patient still insist that the doctor was using the instrument in a way to cause some pain as Doctor says and swears that he is not doing that.
He then gets the patient to sign three signatures, and he also signed the document confirming that this is consensual restrain
He then opens the door and asked one of the assistance to process the signature and the paperwork so that there’s a record in the data system and then realizes that they were already quick and left the office
The dentist starts restraining the wrest of the patient and the ankles. And then tell us a patient the real treatment is about to begin. He takes off the gloves and position himself back behind a patient and processes a button to tilt the chair so that the head of the patient sits where the stomach of the doctor.

As a patient is there restraining and he’s revealing the next treatment within the month and that the patient has no choice to go through with the procedure. After this brief conversation, he then says he likes to have fun with his patient and begins to examine the mouth. He then reveals that the room that they are in is a special treatment room for selective patients that he chooses and make sure that they are the last patient of the day
He then comments on the patient how clean the teeth and mouth is and reveals that he likes to fuck clean mouth . he then takes calliper and measures the the mouth of how wide it is of the restrained patient.
