Red: BTS Enema for Cramps
Red is standing by the pillory, wearing only a simple bra and a thick diaper. She looks uncomfortable, rubbing her belly and complaining quietly about the severe cramps she’s had all morning, saying she hasn’t been able to use the bathroom despite trying.
Her friend, Mr W, who has been helping with the shoot, steps into frame. A large enema bag filled with two quarts of warm water is hanging nearby. He pulls the diaper down far enough to reach her rosebud with the nozzle. He slides the long, flexible nozzle deep into her ass, then releases the clamp.
The warm water flows steadily into her. Red’s eyes widen and she lets out a soft moan as her belly gradually swells and tightens with the full two-quart volume. She breathes through it, one hand resting on her expanding tummy while the water keeps filling her. Once the bag is completely empty, Mr W removes the nozzle, pulls the diaper back up, and tapes it securely in place.
It only takes a few moments. Red’s face suddenly changes as the urge hits hard. She squirms, clenching briefly before she loses control completely. With a long, relieved sigh she releases the entire hot enema into her diaper in several powerful waves. The thick padding floods rapidly, swelling and sagging heavily between her thighs as the warm water fills every inch. Red’s expression melts into pure relief.
