Description

Star stands in front of a treadmill, wearing a simple white t-shirt and a very thick white disposable diaper. The seat of the diaper is already heavily swollen and sagging from a full, messy load. She looks directly at the camera and calmly explains that her caregiver has instructed her to walk on mile on the treadmill in her full diaper, so she gets used to the feeling of it squishing and shifting with movement.

Star steps onto the treadmill and begins walking at a steady pace. As she moves, the heavy, loaded diaper visibly shifts and squishes between her thighs with every step. The thick padding compresses and rebounds, the warm mess spreading and pressing against her skin. She continues walking without stopping, her face showing a mix of concentration and discomfort as the diaper sags lower and the squishing sensation becomes more pronounced.

She completes the full mile on the treadmill, her steps becoming slightly more awkward as the swollen diaper hangs heavily between her legs. Once finished, Star steps off the machine, gives the camera one last look, and walks out of the room in search of her caregiver, the thick, full diaper crinkling and sagging noticeably with every step.
