Description

Kimmie lies on her belly on the floor, propped up on her elbows. She is wearing a long sleeve teal top and a thick white disposable diaper. She is focused on writing in her journal, the pen moving steadily across the page.

After a few minutes, she begins to shift uncomfortably. She rubs her belly with one hand, trying to ease the growing cramps while continuing to write. She takes a deep breath and tries to focus on other things, hoping the discomfort will pass. However, the cramps quickly become too strong to ignore. Kimmie sets her pen down, rolls onto her back, and lifts her knees.

With a soft, involuntary moan, she fills her diaper. The thick white padding bulges outward at the seat as she releases everything. The cramps disappear quickly, but now she has to deal with the full, stinky diaper.

Once she finishes, Kimmie stays on her back for a moment, breathing shakily. She then carefully rolls onto her side and pushes herself up, being very careful not to sit on the full diaper. Standing gingerly with her legs slightly apart, she waddles out of the room in search of her caregiver, hoping he will change her soon.
