Breath holding in 3 different ways while puffing cheeks
This was a custom request: I was asked to hold my breath for as long as I could while puffing my cheeks and making them reddish. I pinch my nose in 3 different ways and cover my mouth too, trying to last longer each time. I repeat all this twice and end up taking huge desperate gasps of air. This was a really intense challenge!
