I start him off easy since it's his first time, but once I see what he can handle, I gradually turn up the pressure and make him work for every breath of air.

Expect playful teasing, lots of flirty giggles, grunts, moans, and patronizing encouragement as I coach my rookie through the challenge.

Despite the pressure, he refuses to quit. You can even see him visibly shaking as he struggles to lift me, determined to prove he belongs on Team Alana's roster.
