Meet Dr. Helena Locke, a psychiatrist who specializes in helping people with extreme fetish addictions. She was referred to this patient by her colleague Dr. Edyn Blair, who has prescribed an intense ass-smothering treatment for the patient that requires him to be trapped in a smotherbox for a full weekend! After two days in the smotherbox the patient hasn't seemed to respond to the treatment the way Dr. Blair hoped so she asked Dr. Locke to re-evaluate her ass-addicted patient.

"I don't see a name for you, what is your name?" Dr Locke asks, taking a seat on the patients face before he can respond. "I'll just call you Mr. Ass." Dr. Locke preforms a thorough evaluation of the helpless patient; taking detailed notes as she administers intense forward, reverse, and side saddle face sitting while wearing her tight jeans. "Are you aroused now?" she asks while smashing the patients nose beneath her crotch. After 10 minutes Dr. Locke removes her jeans (revealing the tiniest of thongs) for a more intimate ass-smother experience to see how her patient responds. As expected the patient becomes more subdued and peaceful when his face makes contact with her big, round, beautiful ass. She spreads her cheeks apart to make sure the patient's face gets as deep into her ass as possible and is pleased by the slave's eager responses. "This is one of the extreme fetish cases that I truly enjoy getting!" Dr. Locke clearly enjoys her work and recognizes that the patient simply can not get enough of her ass in his face! This leads Dr. Locke to one conclusion: This patient may have an incurable ass addiction! However, Dr. Locke does know of one extreme treatment that may benefit the patient, but she needs his consent before beginning. "Of course, I trust you Dr." the patient says agreeing before hearing what she has in mind. "Since you're so addicted to ass I think we should shrink you," Dr. Locke stands up as she begins to explain the procedure. "Once I get you down to the right size I can just stick you right between my cheeks!" She demonstrates by placing her pen deep in her ass crack, showing the patient how her firm cheeks will hold him tightly in place! At this point the patient begins to get concerned, but Dr. Locke isn't interested in his objections and drops her ass back down on is face again. After all, the patient already agreed so his concerns no longer matter. "I will be shrinking you down, you will be going into my ass!" she says, unenthusiastic to reconsider her plan. "Alright, say goodbye to life as you know it!"

With a snap of her fingers the slave is permanently shrunk down to 1 inch tall! Dr. Locke moves the slave down to the bench and sits on his tiny body. "How does it feel? All that darkness...all that warmth... Does it still feel like where you belong?" Dr. Locke is sure this is exactly where the patient belongs and doesn't even consider listening to see if he's happy or not. Instead she lays down on the couch and places the tiny man deep in her ass crack. "Feel that pressure?" she asks as she squeezes her glutes over and over, swallowing the little man up in her ass. "Its like your ass cabin; locked away, no one to come visit you!" With that Dr. Locke seals the tiny patient into her ass, pulls up her tight pants, and gets on with her day while the patient adjusts to his new life!
