Blowing and cleaning my nose
Today I will show you one of my most intimate sides. I usually clean my nose with the nasal lota every 15 days, but now as autumn has started and I start to have a lot of snot, I clean my nose every two or three days. So in this video I show you how I do the nasal wash, how my snot comes out and then how I blow my nose until it is very clean.
