New challenge: breath control + puffed-out cheeks + blindfolded
In this challenge, I first control my breathing with my cheeks puffed out using a stopwatch. Then, with a cloth handkerchief, I cover my eyes, puffing out my cheeks as much as I can. The sensations are incredible: desperation, my ears pop, I get nervous, and it's super fun to challenge myself with new techniques.
