Today Lisa, Pati and Reggi meet for a fitness workout. Lisa acts as a trainer. At the beginning they put bulging 16" Uniques into the hole of a white unicorn swimming ring and sit on them until these balloons burst. Next, they do the same exercise on a blue rubber mat. Lisa shows the other two how to breathe properly. Then comes Karate, where Lisa holds the balloon with her hands and the other one has to burst it with a kick. At the end there are push-ups with the balloons among the girls. All three of them do their push-ups on the balloon until it bursts.
