SRW104 Alexa Blade vs Ultra Violet
Match #5 from the London Submission Room live event featured Alexa Blade against Ultra Violet. Both are relatively new to wrestling but both have improved immensely since they started and practice daily. As a former gymnast, Alexa Blade is strong and flexible but in this match, Ultra Violet shows that she too is flexible and can wriggle free of some of Alexa Blade's holds. Part way through the match, Ultra Violet gets to demonstrate her leg strength on Alexa Blade, trapping her in a powerful head-scissors, much to Alexa Blade's surprise, but Alexa Blade isn't without a few wrestling moves of her own, getting Ultra Violet pinned down with a grapevine pin and a schoolgirl pin. But points aren't won from pins - and both girls realise that scissor holds are more effective for submissions and as the match progresses, you get to see several submissions.
