Description

Officer Shauna Ryanne in on traffic duty when a masked man jumps into the back of her police cruiser and holds a weapon to her head. He disarms the police officer and locks her in her own handcuffs, then connects her seat belt to keep her in place. It seems that the man's companions are committing a robbery in a nearby town and they want to make sure the local cops cannot give chase when they make their getaway.
