In this video, I talk about how I gave birth just 3 weeks ago and have been struggling with my self-confidence. I feel unattractive, I don't like my body, and I've been constantly putting myself down and focusing on all the things I don't like about myself.
To try to feel better, I do a little workout, and something starts to change. My confidence begins to grow, I feel stronger, and I start seeing myself in a more positive light. Before long, I'm feeling sexy again and realizing that he finds me sexy too.
