I will NEVER wear heels outdoors again!
I decided to go down to the river to explore the area and take some nice photos, but nature wouldn't forgive me. Right on the edge, my foot slipped, and I sprained my ankle horribly. The pain was so intense, I clenched my teeth, grabbed my foot, and couldn't even sit up straight to see the injury. What a blessing my boyfriend was there to hear my cries for help! It turned out he always has bandages in his bag for emergencies. He immediately carefully removed the ill-fated shoe and bandaged it. My foot was aching terribly, and I couldn't walk at all. I literally had to hang on to him to somehow get back up to the car. My main lesson for life: I will NEVER wear shoes outdoors again!
