A Week Without Cleaning My Ears
I told myself:
“I’m going to go a week without cleaning my ears to see how much earwax my body can produce.”
At first I used a spatula, but then I switched to cotton swabs because I wanted to be gentle with the inside of my ears. In addition to earwax, I discovered there were also small scabs—probably a buildup of skin that gets trapped inside.
