Chapter One: Martina's Trampling
Martina looked down at the trembling dwarf with a cruel smile on her lips.
"You're just a bug," her voice was as heavy as a rolling stone. "Even the dirt on my sole is better than yours."
A huge shadow descended - it was her right foot, covered in dirt and sweat, plummeting from a height of ten meters. The dwarf tried to escape, but his legs felt as if they were nailed to the ground. The sole of that foot crashed down with the of wind pressure, and the accumulated dirt between the toes was clearly visible, mixed with grass and dust, giving off a peculiar smell.
"Bam!"
The ground shook. Martina didn't press down fully; instead, she used her front sole to hold the dwarf, deliberately leaving a gap. Through the gap between her big toe and second toe, she could see the dwarf struggling like an insect trapped in resin - his face pressed against the skin of her lined sole, his limbs futilely pushing against the weight of the mountain.
"Look," Martina smiled at her companions, "A bug deserves to be beneath a stinky foot."
## Chapter Two: Lele's Mockery
Lele approached, pinching her nose and waving exaggeratedly.
"God, Martina, your feet stink so much!" she laughed loudly, but her gaze was directed at the captive beneath that huge foot. "But this bug fits perfectly with this stench."
She crouched down, her fingers almost touching the dwarf. The dwarf saw her enlarged smile through the gaps in his toes.
"Have you heard that bugs like stench?" Lele poked Martina's foot with her fingertip. "Keep pressing, let him smell more. Such a humble thing, not even having the right to beg."
Martina complied, increasing the pressure. The dwarf felt his ribs groan under the unbearable weight, and the air in his lungs was slowly squeezed out. His face was completely submerged in the sweaty skin of Martina's sole, the salty and sour smell filling his nose.
## Chapter Three: Ed's End
Ed finally came over, her expression as cold as observing ants.
"Have you had enough fun?" she asked, but before she could get an answer, she lifted her left foot - this foot had just stepped over the muddy swamp, and there was still dark mud clinging to the toes.
Martina moved her foot away. Before the dwarf could take a breath of fresh air, a new shadow descended.
"Be direct," Ed said.
Her sole completely covered the area where the dwarf was, and without hesitation, she pressed down firmly.
There was no scream, just a dull sound, like crushing a overripe berry.
## Epilogue: Silent Dust
Ed lifted her foot, glanced at the flat mark beneath it, and casually rubbed her sole on the grass.
"Cleaned up," she turned and left.
Martina and Lele didn't even look at the mark again. Their laughter echoed in the air, discussing where to go next.
"Was there something?" Lele casually asked.
"Was there?" Martina shrugged. "Maybe a rock."
The wind blew over the grass, scattering the last trace of existence. In the eyes of the giants, some lives were so insignificant that they didn't even deserve to be remembered - they were just dust kicked up by their footsteps, a smear of dirt wiped away by a shoe sole, so insignificant that the word "destroy" seemed too solemn.
The figures of the three giant women disappeared on the horizon. Only an almost invisible indentation remained on the grass, soon covered by new grass blades.
As if nothing had happened.
As if there had never been any dwarfs.
As if he was just a bug trampled on casually.
