Dee is an accountant who has unearthed some irregularities in the company accounts, and they trace back to her boss. She decides the right thing to do is to notify the board of directors, but before she gets the chance, her boss realizes that she knows too much and arranges for one of his bodyguards to take care of Dee. We join her as she is pulled from a car and marched through a garage into a basement where she is she is made to lay on a bed, and where her wrists and ankles are secured to the bed frame with metal cuffs.
