TEN-TWENTY-EIGHT (WMV HD)
Police Officer Anna has come across a vehicle which she believes to be stolen. She calls in to dispatch
to ask for a license check, and the call comes back to say the vehicle has indeed been stolen (a 10-28
in police call jargon). Anna goes to the house outside which the car is parked to ask the owner how
long the vehicle has been there. The man starts to answer her questions, then squirts her with a pepper
spray, temporarily blinding her. Hands covering her face, Anna staggers into the house, hardly knowing
what she is doing. The man grabs her and drags her into his living room where he removes her handcuffs
from her utility belt and cuffs her with them. While the police officer writhes blind and helpless on the
floor, he finds some zip ties to secure her ankles, then adds a cable tie to connect her ankles and wrists,
immobilizing her almost completely. Anna keeps telling him that he is in so much trouble, prompting him
to gag her with duct tape and then blindfold her to make sure she can't go anywhere at all. Disarmed and
bereft of her radio, Anna is a helpless prisoner. All she can do is hope that dispatch will send someone
to find her, but that could take hours and anything might happen before then...
