I transform you into a big red balloon, and I fully intend inflating you by lung power, as requested, but there's a twist. I stashed a clutch of helium balloons in the back of the van and intend inflating you by lung power after sucking their buoyant filling out. You're going to be a helium balloon. Ha ha! Weren't expecting that, were you?
My hands shake with excitement as I cut the necks off the helium balloons, suck their gas, and push it down your nozzle, slowly filling you with moist, lung warmed, lighter than air helium.
Things don't run entirely my way, with unexpected pops wasting the precious helium, and two dizzy spells arising from overly ambitious gas transfers leading to further helium losses.
I'm determined to have my prize, though, and eventually my red floating friend is ready to receive my final gift. It's not enough cum to ballast them and hold them Earth-bound, though, so when I finally take them outside and let them go it's up, up, and away, for my beautiful balloon.
