I'm in the bathroom, kneeling in front of a blue basin on the cold floor. My stomach churns violently, and suddenly, a jet of vomit bursts from my mouth, hot and sour, filling the bucket with a viscous splash. At the same time, I expel thick mucus from my nose and phlegm, which falls in sticky threads, mixing with the vomit in a disgusting mass of yellowish and greenish hues. I gasp, tears in my eyes, as the smell fills the air.
Then I plunge my hands into the basin, feeling the slippery, warm texture of everything I've released. I stir it a little, coating my palms and fingers with the sticky mixture, which drips between my knuckles. I slowly raise my hands toward the camera, spreading them so you can see every detail: the dangling threads of mucus, the vomit dripping back into the bucket. I smile weakly, my face still pale
